Every clinic says it is passionate about animals. So instead of saying that, here is what we do differently, and the page on this site that proves each one — including the places where it costs us the sale.

04years in Al Alia, AjmanOpen since. Long enough that we are now seeing the second animal in the same household, and the puppies of the first.14years in veterinary practiceThe experience behind the consulting-room door, brought here from elsewhere and added to every year since.
A four-year-old clinic run by people with fourteen years of practice behind them is a particular combination, and it is the honest description of this place. New enough that nothing here is done a certain way because it always has been; experienced enough that very little walks through the door for the first time.

Our story
From a single clinic in Al Alia to a full-service practice
Veterinary Falcon Pet Clinic LLC opened in Al Alia, Ajman on a straightforward idea: that most of what a pet owner needs should happen in one building, by people who know the animal. Four years on, that is what the place is — consulting rooms, an operating theatre, a laboratory, imaging, a pharmacy, a grooming salon and a pet shop, with a vehicle that collects and returns the animals that cannot easily be brought in.
We look after cats, dogs and birds across Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah, and we are now seeing the second animal in the same household — which is the only measure of a clinic that really counts.
Our missionThat a pet owner here should never have to choose between what their animal needs and what they can get to.Our visionTo be the clinic people in this country recommend to each other — by name, and for a specific reason. What we hold toSay what we can and cannot do. Charge at the end. Treat the owner as the person who knows the animal best.
Why owners choose Falcon
Six reasons, and not one of them is an adjective. Every line here is something you can check, hold us to, or ring up and ask about.
Fourteen years in practiceExperienced vets, and a nurse team that most owners end up speaking to more than anyone.

Five things we do differently
Anyone can write a list like this. What makes it worth reading is that each one links to the page where we actually do it — go and check, and hold us to it.
01We tell you when your pet does not need somethingIt is the fastest way to lose an appointment and the only way to be believed about the next one. The cat grooming page says most short-haired cats never need a groom. The vaccination page says not every vaccine is annual and that an indoor cat’s schedule is not a working dog’s.Cat grooming →Vaccination →
02We tell you what we cannot doWe do not have dental x-ray, and the dental page says so rather than implying otherwise. The online consultation page opens by saying a screen cannot feel an abdomen. The surgery page says plainly that anaesthesia is not zero risk.Dental care →Online consultation →Surgery →
03You pay at the endNo deposit, no card held at reception, nothing to settle before anyone looks at your animal. It matters most in an emergency, when the last thing a frightened owner should be doing is arranging money at a counter.
04The person who operated sees the recheckFracture and cruciate work is done in this building rather than referred on. That saves a second consultation, but the real gain is continuity: nobody is reading somebody else’s notes and guessing what was found.Pet surgery →
05We would rather lose the sale than the trustThe accessories page lists five things we would rather you did not buy, from us or anybody. The food page tells you to stay on a brand we do not stock if it is working. Neither of those is good salesmanship and both are the reason people come back.Accessories →Pet food →
Everything, in one list
What we provide
Everything on that list happens in one building, by people who can walk down the corridor and ask each other. That is the whole argument for the place, and it is why a groom can turn into an appointment and a consultation can turn into bloods back before you have driven home.
Owners choose a clinic by whether they can picture the person who will be holding their animal.

The practical questions
Are you licensed?
Yes. Approved by the Ministry of Climate change and Environment, and registered with the Ajman Department of Economic Development under 201835822. Both are worth checking on any clinic, not just this one.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi. Between the team there is almost always someone who can take you through a diagnosis in the language you think in, which matters most on the day the news is not good.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are seen through opening hours, 9:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 10:00pm, every day except Friday. Calling first is still worth it — it means we can tell you when the quiet hour is, and have the notes open before you arrive. The emergency line is answered around the clock whether we are open or not.
