We operate in this building every week, on the same instruments and the same implants we sell. That is the whole proposition — and it is why there is a list further down of five things we will not supply at any margin.
Trade accountClinics, practices, veterinary surgeons and nursesAccount pricing, standing orders, delivery across the emirates, and the items that cannot be sold without a licence — implants, prescription consumables, controlled equipment.
Over the counterOwners, nurses, students and anyone walking inThe items that do not need a licence behind them: dressings, bandaging, syringes and needles, basic instruments, gloves, scrub. Bought at the counter in Al Alia, no account needed.
Every line held, with the range beside it. The badge says whether it can be bought at the counter by anyone or whether it needs a trade account and a licence behind it.

Packs and bundles
Packs are built to your list rather than ours. Tell us what your surgeons actually reach for and the pack comes made up that way — which is the part a practice with habits cares about and the part a catalogue cannot do.

Theatre equipment
Eight lines, every one of which is running in our own theatre. Photographs of ours are on the surgery page if you want to see it in use before you buy it.
01AutoclaveBenchtop sterilisers with a cycle suitable for wrapped instruments and hollow items, with printout or data logging for your records.02Anaesthetic machines and vaporisersCircle and Bain systems, oxygen flowmeters, and vaporisers serviced on a schedule rather than when they fail.03Patient monitoringMultiparameter monitors — ECG, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, capnography and temperature. Capnography is the one most practices skip and the one that catches problems first.04Surgical tables and lightingHydraulic and fixed tables with heating, and LED theatre lighting with a colour temperature that does not misrepresent tissue.05ElectrosurgeryMonopolar and bipolar units with the handpieces and plates to go with them.06Fluid and syringe pumpsVolumetric and syringe drivers, with giving sets that match the pump rather than the other way round.07Patient warmingForced-air and circulating-water systems. Hypothermia under anaesthetic is the quiet complication, and the cheapest one to prevent.08SuctionPortable and theatre-mounted units with tubing, jars and tips.
Implants
Why implants are account-only
Plates, screws, pins and wire are in the list above, and they are the one group we will not sell across the counter. Not to be difficult — because an implant goes inside an animal and stays there, and the only protection against a plate that corrodes two years later is a lot number traceable back to certified implant-grade steel. We keep that record for every item we supply, and we expect to be asked for it.
Five things we will not supply
All five are available in this market, all five are cheaper, and all five eventually land on the surgeon who used them. A supplier that has never told you what it refuses to sell has not told you anything.
Implants without traceable certificationEvery plate, screw and pin should carry a lot number traceable to certified implant-grade stainless or titanium. Uncertified implants are widely available, considerably cheaper, and corrode inside the animal. The cost of that is a second operation on somebody’s dog, and it lands on the surgeon who placed it, not on whoever sold it.
Instruments described as sterile that are not“Sterilisable” and “sterile” are different words. Anything we sell as sterile says so on the packet, with a method and an expiry date. Anything that is not, arrives clean and you autoclave it.
Parallel-import or unverifiable suturesSuture is the most faked product in this trade. We buy through routes we can trace, and if we cannot establish where a batch came from we do not put it on the shelf, whatever the margin on it looks like.
Equipment we cannot get parts forAn anaesthetic machine or a monitor with no service route and no spares is scrap within two years, and in the meantime it is a patient-safety problem. If we cannot support it, we will tell you who can rather than sell it to you.
Single-use items repackaged for reuseRe-sterilised single-use catheters, needles and blades circulate in this market. They are a false economy and an infection risk, and that is the end of the argument.

Buying from us
Do I need a trade account to buy anything at all?
No. Dressings, bandaging, syringes, needles, gloves, scrub and basic instruments can be bought at the counter in Al Alia by anyone. Implants, prescription consumables and the regulated equipment need an account and a licence behind it.
Can you supply a clinic that is not in Ajman?
Yes. Trade orders are delivered across the emirates. Open an account first — the licensed lines cannot leave the building without one, and the account is what lets us ship implants, prescription consumables and controlled equipment to your practice rather than over the counter.
Can you source something that is not on this page?
Usually. Tell us the item, the size and the system it has to match, and we will say honestly whether we can get it, how long it takes, and whether we think it is the right choice — which is not always the same answer.
Why buy from a clinic rather than a distributor?
Because we use this equipment in our own theatre on the same day you do. When we say a particular needle holder is worth the money or a monitor is unreliable, that is a working opinion rather than a catalogue entry. It is also why there are five things on this page we will not sell you.
