The clinic is in Al Alia, Ajman, minutes from the Sharjah border and a straight run from most of Dubai. If the drive is the problem, our pet taxi will collect your pet and bring them home afterwards.

Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome, and we keep slots open each morning for unwell pets. Booking ahead means less waiting, and for surgery or dentistry it is required.
Are you open for emergencies at night?
Yes. The emergency line is answered 24/7, every day of the year. Extra charges apply outside normal opening hours. Always call before setting off so we can prepare.
Do you treat stray or community cats?
Yes. We work with registered rescuers and community feeders on trap-neuter-return and treatment at a reduced rate. Tell us it is a community cat when you call.
Can you see my pet at home?
Yes — home and mobile visits across Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah, and online consultations by video anywhere in the UAE. Some procedures still need the clinic.
Do I pay before treatment?
No. There is no deposit and no upfront payment. You are quoted in writing first and you settle once the work is done.
