Pet taxi across the UAE, door to door

An air-conditioned vehicle and a handler who works at the clinic your pet is going to — not a driver who would rather you had not got in.

What people use it for

No car, no carrier, or no spare afternoon

Any of these is reason enough to call. Most owners start with one and end up using it for the rest.

Clinic appointments and rechecks Grooming — dropped off and brought back Surgery or dental day, in and home again Vaccinations and microchipping Emergencies, when you cannot drive Boarding and cattery drop-offs Airport runs for relocating pets Moving house, with the pets moved separately
Who we carry Cats, dogs and birds — each with the right carrier and the right handling. Birds travel covered and away from the vents, which matters more than people expect on a UAE journey.
The obvious question

Why not just book a regular taxi?

Plenty of people try that first. Side by side, this is the difference.

Ride-hailing or regular taxi Falcon pet taxi
Will they take your pet at all? Often refused — sometimes at your door, with the carrier already in your hands Always. Animals are the only thing this vehicle carries
Is the carrier secured? Loose on a seat, or wedged in a footwell Strapped in on every trip, or a proper harness for larger dogs
Air conditioning Set for a person in a shirt Pre-cooled before your pet is put in, not cooling down afterwards
If your pet panics halfway The driver keeps driving and hopes The handler has seen it before and knows when to pull over
Do you hear anything? Nothing until they arrive A message at collection, at arrival, and when they set off home
Who receives your pet? A stranger at the other end The clinic they are going to — same team, no hand-off

How a pick-up runs

1
Tell us where and when Your area, your pet and the appointment time. One message is the whole booking.
2
We confirm a window A realistic pick-up window, and a warning if traffic means starting earlier.
3
Collected and confirmed Carrier secured, vehicle already cold, and a message the moment your pet is with us.
4
Seen, then returned We bring them home, tell you what the vet found, and hand over any medication.
While we have them

Add any of these to the same trip

Your pet is already with us, so a second appointment costs you nothing extra in journeys. Mention it in the form below and we will arrange it.

Home vet visit Rather than moving your pet at all — the vet comes to you, bag and all. Vaccination & microchip Done while your pet is already with us, instead of a second trip next week. Grooming Collected, groomed and returned the same day. Common with cats who hate two car journeys. Flea, tick & deworming Weighed and dosed properly while they are here, not guessed from a packet. Medication on the return leg Repeat prescriptions handed over at your door with your pet, rather than chased later. Online consultation first Not sure a visit is needed? Talk to a vet before booking a vehicle at all.

Book a pick-up

Tell us the where and the when. We confirm a window by WhatsApp, usually within the hour during clinic times.

Needed today? Call +971 50 345 0534 rather than filling this in.

Name and number only, used to answer you and nothing else. How we handle it.

What happens on the journey

Restrained, every trip Carrier strapped in, or a proper harness for a dog too large for one.
Pre-cooled before collection The vehicle is cold before your pet gets in, not cooling down afterwards.
Never left unattended Not for two minutes, not with the engine running. There is no safe version of that here.
Cleaned between journeys Carriers and surfaces disinfected between pets — infection control, not just tidiness.
The whole point of it

You do not need to be there at all.

Collected, seen by the vet, and returned — with a call about what was found before they are back at your door. For a vaccination, a groom, a dental or a flea treatment, that turns half a day off work into a phone call.

Questions owners ask

Which areas do you cover?

Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah routinely, with the rest of the northern emirates and Abu Dhabi by arrangement.

Can you take my pet to a different clinic?

Yes. It is a transport service, not a way of keeping you with us. If your pet is under another vet's care and needs moving, we will do it.

What if my pet is aggressive or very frightened?

Tell us honestly when you book. It changes the carrier, the handling and sometimes the timing — far better dealt with beforehand than discovered at your door.

How far ahead should I book?

A day is comfortable for a routine appointment. For an emergency, call — we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you or whether driving in yourself is faster, which it often is.
